OUR TRAINING POLICY
When you join our team, you will participate in an initiation seminar to help you familiarize yourself with our business, tools, methodology...
Knowledge transfer and upgrading sessions are scheduled within the framework of in-house training. These sessions may be run by internal staff or by external professionals.

To help you make progress, you will be evaluated regularly at the end of each project as well as during an annual interview which will provide you with an opportunity to review your expectations and skills…
YOUR CAREER PATH
The progress of our consultants is highly personalized ; each one advances at his/her own pace and in line with his/her own ambition.
You will begin as a consultant and reach the position of senior consultant in less than 3 years.
At the end of 4 or 5 years, you will manage large-scale teams and missions and become a senior consultant.
The final stage is becoming a partner ; the process is personalized and takes into consideration capacity to contribute to the growth of the company.

Describe your career in a few words
After more than 5 years spent at the CTIP (Technical Center for Benefits Institutions) where I managed IT projects in health cost management, third party payment schemes and electronic communication with health professionals, I joined jalma in 2006.
At jalma, I am specialized in process optimization and the development of information systems, especially within health insurance.
What are you working on currently ?
Currently, I am collaborating with a social protection provider to implement a set of new information systems and to prepare future user assistance.
Why have you decided to stay with jalma ?
First of all, the opportunity to work on our clients’ key projects in demanding conditions. Secondly, the degree of autonomy and trust granted to us in carrying out our missions. At jalma, I actually manage teams, customer relations and, more generally, projects as a whole.

Describe your career in a few words
I was hired by jalma in 2004, straight out of university. Today, I am a Project Manager specialized in Strategy, Marketing and Distribution. I manage projects on issues such as strategic positioning, design of individual and collective products and distribution strategies, especially on the Web.
What are you working on currently ?
Currently, I am helping a social protection provider define a three-year strategy. Moreover, I am leading a project to create a regional program to fight obesity for a government body.
Why have you decided to stay with jalma ?
At jalma, I have found both exciting subjects and a pleasant work environment. The projects are varied and related to issues which make it possible to develop real expertise. The team of consultants is closely-knit and I greatly enjoy working with them.

Describe your career in a few words
I arrived at jalma September 2007. Today I act as a senior consultant on the strategic framework and implementation of projects in healthcare education and therapy support. I also participate in development of Pole Health Risk Management within the firm. As such I gain the opportunity to actively participate in communication events such as preparing and conducting a workshop on e-health last November.
What are you working on currently ?
I am currently working on implementing a program to reduce risk of hypertension on behalf of a federation of operators. I am also deeply involved developing programs and strategies as we consider the design of new healthcare services.
Why have you decided to stay with jalma ?
To start, jalma has consistently positioned itself on innovative subjects. This allows me to address issues exciting to me and suggests what the future of healthcare mightl be. Second, a synergy of collaborators has allowed the firm to progress very quickly while still retaining the values of a human-sized company. This permits me to integrate easily into a warm and cohesive top-level professional atmosphere.

Describe your career in a few words
I joined jalma in 2007. Today, I am a senior consultant, specialized in support for large-scale IT projects. I am also involved in numerous internal projects and I recently contributed to the drafting of the White Paper on the future of health insurance published in November 2009.
What are you working on currently ?
I am currently in charge of managing various projects on behalf of a large health insurance and benefits company : setting of product parameters and identifying necessary upgrades of payment tools. I am also involved in a workshop on the overhaul of back-office processes.
Why have you decided to stay with jalma ?
jalma is a company which has demonstrated its clear ambitions for the next few years – this means that there are many development opportunities. In my three years at jalma, I have had the opportunity to work on numerous issues, with clients and in-house, and to quickly acquire higher level of responsibility in projects. It is the company’s dynamism and trust in consultants that make me want to stay with jalma.
